What we collect

Account details: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash) and your business details.
Workspace content: clients, projects, tasks, posts, files and the work AI employees produce. Your clients’ contact details may be part of this.
Billing details: plan and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay or Stripe; we do not store them.
Demo requests: what you enter in our contact form.
Usage and security data: log-ins, IP addresses, AI credit use and an audit log of actions in your workspace.

How we use it

to provide the Service and its AI employees;
to bill you and send service emails such as invitations, reports and alerts;
to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
to answer your questions and demo requests.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

We share data only with providers that help run the Service:

AI model providers (Anthropic, and Ollama for some routine work), to run AI employees;
Razorpay and Stripe, for payments;
our hosting and email providers;
services you connect yourself, such as GitHub or your publishing tools.

Some of these providers process data outside India. We use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.

Keeping it safe

Each workspace’s data is isolated at the database level, connections are encrypted, and secrets such as server keys are encrypted at rest. Access by our staff is limited to what is needed to support you.

How long we keep it

We keep workspace data while your subscription is active. After a workspace is closed we delete it within 90 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. Workspace owners can ask us to export or delete their workspace’s data. If you are a client of one of our customers, please contact that business first: they control that data.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
