Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business that signs up, and the people it invites) and [AsysCraft registered business name], [Registered office address, City, State, PIN] (“AsysCraft”, “we”, “us”), for the use of AsysOne (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service you accept them.
1. The Service
AsysOne is a subscription software service that lets businesses manage clients, projects and tasks and use AI employees to prepare work such as plans, content, code and server commands. Features depend on your plan.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep your login secure.
- The workspace owner is responsible for the people they invite and for everything done in the workspace.
- You must be able to enter a binding contract on behalf of your business.
3. Trials, plans and payment
- New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. At the end of it you choose a paid plan to keep using the Service.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay (in rupees) or Stripe (in US dollars), and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes such as GST, which are added where applicable.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Unused credits do not carry over. When credits run out, AI work stops until the next period or an upgrade.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may limit the workspace after a grace period until payment is made.
- Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
4. AI output
AI employees can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing their work before it is sent to clients, published, merged or run on your systems, and for the approval settings you choose. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.
5. Your data
You own the content you and your AI employees create in your workspace. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data as described there.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- send spam, or content that is deceptive, hateful or harmful;
- access servers, repositories or accounts you are not authorised to use;
- attack, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or get around its limits.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.
7. Third-party services
The Service connects to services you choose, such as GitHub, publishing tools and your own servers, and uses AI model providers to run AI employees. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them. After a workspace is closed, we delete its data as set out in the privacy policy.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for important changes, email workspace owners before they take effect.
